Trim when wet or dry?

What is actually better for curing? If I trim right after cutting down plant, or after it hangs and dries for a few days? Does either affect curing/taste?

I usually trim fresh cutted plants.

I would trim off all the huge leaves and dry leaves as soon as cut, the rest i would cut after it dries like the small green ones or intermediate ones,
